The award-winning Coffee and Cream White Chocolate bar is made with natural cocoa butter from our single-origin, direct-trade Ecuadorian cacao beans, along with fresh-roasted coffee beans for a melt-in-your-mouth latte experience. It begins with a base of our handcrafted, creamy white chocolate. Then, to complete this latte-in-a-bar, we add almost a shot of coffee–roasted right here in Portland—to each one.

Life got messy for us when we lost Creo Chocolate’s co-founder, Janet, to breast cancer. She used her diagnosis to invest in relationships with others who were facing life’s challenges. This bar is dedicated to her memory, and to the hope and encouragement she gave to the people around her.
The bright color of the Strawberry and Hibiscus White Chocolate bar comes from the dried purple hibiscus petals, refined into creamy, handcrafted white chocolate. It’s then sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries for an explosion of flavor. The sweet-tart-floral combination is like sitting down with a refreshing cup of Mexican hibiscus tea.
